oriental trading.com has everything you could possibly need for any kind of party -- from start to finish -- they have great ideas for theme parties and all the items to pull it together. even suggestions for party games and costumes. and it's all reasonably priced. i have had parties just because they had such fun stuff i couldn't resist!
Michaels has really nice things over there. I would look there first.

In Australia we have cheap shops like Crazy Clarks and such. They quite often have that sort of thing at very good prices.
this sounds cheesy but sometimes you can find really nice ones at the local dollar store, they look good and don't cost you a fortune.
A.C. Moore and Michaels have little boxes and bags. Even Chinese take out kind-of boxes.

I've seen more gift boxes at Michaels than anywhere else. Try your local party supply stores or dollar stores. They're the least expensive. Also Walmart has a fairly good selection of gift bags for a reasonable price. You can always make them fancier with a bit of tissue paper and bows.
I recommend Michaels over Jo Anns. I think that their selection is way better and I've had better experiences with their sales people than at Jo Anns. Don't forget to check your Sunday paper for their 40% off coupons!

Ever thought of making your own. It is really easy and inexpensive as you have to only buy card which is a small amount in comparison to buying boxes already made.
It is no where need as hard as it looks. I have not one creative gene in my body, however made a number of boxes for Christmas placecards one year and stashed some treats inside.
