since its getting pretty hot, you could have a pool party.....thats always fun
Get a big party and make tons of activities make the party for about 4 hours and you can play pop the balloon which you see how many balloons you can pop as fast as you can! That was one example of an activity you can do! Inadition you can ask people whats games and activities they like the best and whats their favotite kind of cake and whats their favorite dinner or lunch or whatev.
try a unique theme- something that describes you- for example if you wanted to try basing your party on a reality t.v. show like the amazing race or survivor or something that you like. your invites could be like a pass that says "your're invited to _______'s party! Come prepared for the unexpected!" or you could theme it on a play- send each guest a script and tell them to come in character. whatever you want.
I would have a COLOR theme! Then coordinate food, plates, cups, decorations, etc. To that color.
For Example: BLUE
You can have different shades of Blue cups, a Blue B-day Cake, Wear a blue Wig, Have Blue cupcakes, and etc!!!
Since you are turning 13. You probably want to have a more teen party. So get your favorite CD's and a boombox or hire a DJ. Local DJ's dont usually cost that much.
How about a Karoake machine? That's always fun. You can have your own version of American Idol and have your friends as judges!! That would be fun!!

Yeah. color cordination would be cool, like green and yellow. You could do a club dance theme....Have strobe lights, and other colored light. Pump up some techno, house, and soul groove music like....CASCADA, WENDY PHILLIPS, IAN VAN DAHL, and other remixes by famous artist such as Beyonce- Check on it (Maurcie's Nu Soul mix) or Justin Timberlake- My Love (Paul Oakenfold Radio Edit)......stuff like that....and even though you are turning 13, games are still always fun. GOOD LUCK.
Ask your parents if you can have a sleepover.
If you get to...have some snacks.Have some punch or juice or soda.And listen to music,talk about girl stuff.Have an ice cream cake or something.Watch movies.Only invite about 5-6 girls to your party/sleepover.If you need help or have questions,email or IM me any time.
Well it all depend on location, location, location.
I would suggest definitely something outside that everyone can enjoy possible a pool party if you have a pool, otherwise try something unique. Maybe a DJ and you can do something fun like a barbecue outside and have everyone dancing. You can sometimes rent a big piece of wood flooring without the tent. Keep it simple is my biggest hint to you. Because when you really want your parents to splurge for your party will be you sweet 16!
