Answers:
If your favorite color is pink go over the top with it. Get all different shades of pink decorations, serving dishes, etc. Think outside of the box. Get plastic gemstones at a craft stores and lay them out on a table cloth. Pink candles, pink candies, etc. Anywhere you see anything interesting that is pink, pick it up.

Also make/buy pink food and drinks. Make crab/shrimp salad, use food color to make dressings, dips, etc. pink. Depending on your budget you can even get companies to make pink bread, soup, etc. for you.

As for favors, I would suggest having at least a dollar per person. If you can't do that I would suggest making the favors. Make cookies with a favorite quote of yours on them. For example, I always say "I'm parched" instead of "I'm thirsty" just something that is totally you. Another idea is to make picture frames out of heavy card board and fabric. You just have to make sure that you take a picture of yourself and each one of your guests. My family did this at my baby shower and I have to say it turned out really nice. Not being to egotistical, but it is nice to see a picture of my (now 5 year old) daughter in everyone's homes. Although, they did buy them at the dollar store. Make sure you hit this place. They will have tons of things that you would never think of. Plus you are only going to need them for this one day.

your mom should be able to give you some great ideas!

Ok... make ur party in an open place... like a BIG basement or something. Get like a dress code, maybe like black and white only. Music, dancing, disco ball, spin the bottle, and let the poeple just do wat they want...

party favors should be like... idk. candy? maybe like cheap earrings or something?

u know... this seems just like the question i just asked.... weird....

Well at 13 you might just need the help of an adult like your mother or someone else that can help you! It sounds like you know what kind of gifts you want and you know how many people to invite. That many people need a space like a basement or an outside kind of party. I think you might need
a little more than $20 to purchase party favors for that many people unless you know of a store that is cheaper..ie: $1 stores...(have you one of those in your area?)
Party favors are anything, like baloons, suckers, a little game inside and a little horn or a fridge magnet, or anything small that will fit into one of the favor bags. Good luck!
