Answers:
WHY DO YOU NEED A POOL? I never went to a slumber party that had a pool. Hmm Why do you need a theme? Have pizza and sodas(if under 21), get a karaoke machine and have a singing contest or just have fun with it. Have a scavenger hunt . Play truth or dare. Camp out in the back yard. Get a big tent so every one can sleep in it together. Ok have a "GET WILD IN THE WILDERNESS THEME".....have everyone bring their favorite stuffed animals. have a campfire. eat s'mores, that could be fun. Now i wanna come! Use one of those outdoor fire places to keep it safe. Tell ghost stories around the campfire. you can get some good one off the internet. Some true ones. Have heart to heart talks late at night. and definately.....the first person to fall asleep, you must put their hand in some warm water to see if they pee their sleeping bag......he he he he he!!!! HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME IN WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE!

Anything that you want. You know your friends better than us.

buy one of those little kiddie pools and fill it with ice, put in soda or beer (if you are of legal age) and for food serve wings, nachos, fruit and veggies, pretzels and have a sundae bar to finsih the night also if you are old enough serve jello shooters.

ever heard of a sprinkler? u should probably eat chips, dip, etc. why does a party need a theme?

Who says you have to have a pool.

You could BBQ and/or you could serve watermelon.

Something fun to do would be to have a water balloon toss or water pistol fight. Another fun thing to do is have hose wars!

Then again, you could have tug of war over a pit of water or a kiddie pool.

Another fun thing might be a pinata.

Plus to avoid the heat, make it an evening party.

Depending on ages and heat index, you could make it a toga (or clothing optional) party. For that matter you could also stage a wet t shirt party, if old enough, and for the ladies, have a wet boxer contest.

A fine dessert idea would be to make your own sundaes or you could also make Root Beer Floats.

There is so many things you can do even without the pool. Just be creative and make it an "urban" beach party or the like.

We know you can come up with your own ideas, the above are just a few ideas that came to mind.

last year i had a hawaiin luau theme...i gave everyone a lei as they walked in and served pina coladas in coconut glasses. i decorated with festive palm trees and torches. as for dinner...i grilled pineapple and chicken skewers...it was great!

well if u want a pool party, just do wat u normally would and just skip the pool part.

Have a luau. Since you don't have a pool get a slip n slide and sprinklers and water guns and water balloons. Have easy foods. Grill something quick and serve fruity refreshing drinks.

a rain dance :) find a place appropriate in your back yard, in the lawn( you might have a lot of cleanin up post da party ) put up poles about 10 ft high and in the corners, create a temporary roof with perforated watering pipes and connect them to a water source. open up and voila you have rain like situation. you guys can get wet and wild. Bourbons, cocktails and beer and some short eats.
anyways you have a great party :)

As long as you have a water hose you should be good

Luau sounds like the way to go you could rent the giant fan with a mister called (cool zone) party goers just stand in front of if it gets too hot ..

Have a Hawain themed party. Wear grass skirts and flower necklaces etc. Also, you could buy some hula hoops and that sort of thing and if u have a sand pit, that could be fun. Haha. For food, you should have a simple finger buffet (cocktail sausages, sausage rolls, melon and so on) and for drink, you could serve a variation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. You could also have a BBQ i suppose. You should also play Hawain music. Enjoy your party :)

Why not throw a baseball theme party. Serve ball park food in little boxes, instead of plates. No utensils. Play a game of wiffleball.

Or, have a cookout and have a campfire. Make smores.

Yeah, without a pool you just can't have a great summer party. That being said, you could make decorations that apoligize for your not having a pool, serve dry martinis, dehydrated fruits, assorted jerkys and have fun anyways.

1 things 4 sure>>>u gona need alot of sprinklers...lol.cheerz!

give ur perty a theme of raindance ur friends will love it &make something special for ur friends pasta is an exception,u can also have muffins...,prepare a special cake at home

Get a slip and slide and set it up in the yard, then put all the drinks you will be serving in cans or bottles into a kiddie pool. Have chips and dips and maybe some pretzels as a snack maybe even a cheese and cracker tray. Then for dinner have some hamburgers, hotdogs and maybe BBQ up some chicken or ribs. Then have an ice cream bar for dessert. Have 2 different flavors of ice cream at least and then put out all the toppings. If you are legal to drink you could even add some alcohol to your ice cream.

I like whiskey's idea, and in additiona to that, set up a volleyball net and play volley ball or badmittin, or kick ball might be fun.
