i wanted to have a carnival birthday party for my 3 year old where can i find the bean bag toss game and other games and decorations online!?

Try Oriental Trading Co!.!.!.!. they have the best site for inexpensive favors & decorations!. You might want a Bounce House though, since 3-yr-olds don't usually have the attention span for alot of organized games, and don't yet understand the concept of winning & losing:) !.!.!. A pinata would be good (with adults helping, and NO blindfold)!.!.!.!. Lots of balloons !.!.!. face painting or just body decal tattoos !.!.!.
