Try a backwards party. Everyone where their clothes backwards. Sing happy birthday backward. Hang balloons from the ceiling with no helium. We did this for my daughter and it was a blast. We got a pinata and hung a bat from a tree and used the pinata as the bat. Upside down cake. You can think of a ton on your own I'm sure. Good luck and have fun.
