moneys not a problem but i need to know how to throw it and where should it be my b-day is a month away and i want this to be a good one i love rock music so please ideas and opinions too please and thank you

You could go bowling, laser tagging, go to Six Flags...there's lots of awesome stuff you could do. Have a theme party. Make everyone dress up as pirates or something. Be creative. ;)
