Maybe for foods that's not candy you could have:
~Mini burgers in buns with a cocktail stick holding it together
~Mini Hot dogs
~Mini Pizzas
~Potato wedges served in mini paper cones
~Cocktail sausages wrapped in bacon
~Mini sausage rolls
~Cheese and pineapple sticks
~Bread sticks dipped in chocolate then with added sprinkles

Hand out candy necklaces, bracelets and watches, gummy rings and giant lollipops!

Drinks
~Shirley Temples
~Strawberry Milkshakes
~Cola Floats
~Hot Chocolates with lots of marshmallows in!.
~Slush Puppies (I think you can rent machines for party's)

Hope this helps and you have a great party!

I'm an event planner, and we did a sweet 16 party!.!.!.!.so instead of a dessert table we did a candy stand with a cotton candy machine, and bowls and parfait glasses and vases filled with candy and scoops, tiny popcorn boxes filled with caramel corn!.!.!.!.!.and dressed up the table like it was an old fashioned corner candy store from the 40s!.!.!.!.!.

The whole room was done more like a carnival!.!.!.!.with a coney dog station!.!.!.!.!.waffle fries!.!.!.!.!.!.there was a pizza station!.!.!.!.!.!.it was fun!.!.!.!.
hope that helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lets see!.!.!. Make sure you have a ton of bright colors everywhere! Cover the tables with loose candy like tootsie rolls and skittles and such!. If there is a cake make it look like candy! But stick with bright colors! And for drink wise, go with jones soda!. Brightly colored and tastes like candy! hahaha!. But when you get the jones soda, pour it into a clear glass, top the rim of the glass with sugar! And put a cherry in each one! Tastes good and gives off a cute effect!. Hope this helpedWww@FoodAQ@Com

Wow - I just had a brainwave! Your theme has inspired me! Im a chef and cake decorator from New Zealand and you should make a three teir marshmellow cake! Any home-made mashmellow recipe will work and then you would mould it in three 'spring-form' graduated cake tins (well oiled)!. And virgin pina coladas are always yummy - oh, and pink panthers! Seriously - the cake would be awesome! ( I might have to give it a try myself:)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could give everyone candy necklaces to wear when they arrive!.
food: candy apples, fruit with a chocolate fountain/fondue station, I would throw in something salty to cut all the sugar!.
drink: ice cream sodas, shirley temples, red bull!.
i don't know how you would incorporate this but mentos in diet coke causes a giant fountain of coke!. Party game perhaps!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

!!! im thinking of having the same theme for mine!
my birthday is october 9th :]

but i was thinking like just normal foods, but maybe drinks!.!. sprite, and shirley temples!? or something cool like that
and then for dessert, candy!.!. or make your own sundae ! :]
