If I could buy the food and set it up myself, I thought I could cut corners on a tight budget!. We will also set up coffee, tea, juice, fruit and bagels in the morning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The easiest, cheapest thing would be chili, in crockpots !.!.!.!. have dishes of shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes & onions to put on top !.!.!.!.!.!. large pans of cornbread and a green salad (several dressings on the side)!. I used to make this every year at our annual holiday party for between 400-750 people:) !.!.!. a tray of brownies, cookies, mini-cheesecakesWww@FoodAQ@Com

CHOPPED PORK SANDWICHES

1 6-7 lb Pork Roast (Boston Butt/Shoulder)
Demon Pig BBQ Rub
2 bottles "Demon Pig BBQ Sauce"

Trim Excess fat from roast!. Sprinkle with Demon Pig BBQ Rub!.
Cook on grill with indirect heat at 225/250 degrees for 6 hours to an internal temp of 160 degrees!. (This can be done in an oven or bbq smoker!.)

Place in pan with 1/2 cup water, cover and place back on heat for one hour to finish to 190 degrees F!. Remove from heat, let stand 30 minutes!. Carefully uncover!. Let stand an additional 15 minutes!.

Pull and chop meat to just under bite size pieces!.

Warm "Demon Pig BBQ Sauce" slightly and mix thoroughly until lightly covered throughout meat!. Serve additional sauce warm on the side!.

Serve on buns with your favorite sides!.

If you have a local wal-mart/target or anyplace with a deli:
Breakfast: buy prepackaged small muffins in bannana nut bread, blueberry, etc!. Premade small sausage bagel/sandwiches that can be popped in microwave like jimmy dean, etc!. water, juice, coffee *decaf* and plain bagels/biscuits w/jam for vegetarians or fruit tray *keep this out all day, just reflil***This should keep everyone satisfied until around noon!.
Lunch: Salsa/dip, sandwiches (ham, turkey, pomenta, tuna (again, from deli), chips, pasta salads (from deli), plain iceburg salad w/dressings, veggie trays!. Hot wings/chicken wings are good room temperature!.

***leave fruit/veggie trays, etc out because people will usually help themselve through out the day*******
Ice, soda (diet for sure), candies (can be purchased at dollar tree or dollar stores), napkins/cups (dollar stores), spoons/forks and even your decorating of tables supplies can be found at dollar storesWww@FoodAQ@Com

baked ziti

5 lbs ziti cooked 1/2 way through
5 jars your favorite sauce
3 jars water (the empty sauce jars)
2 lbs mozzarella cheese shredded
use an aluminum roasting pan, a throw away will be great, put in your pasta, sauce water, mix well, add 3/4 of your shredded mozz, mix well
sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole, covr with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes on 375!.!.!.!.!.

hint, you can add sliced pepperoni to the casserole for added flavor!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
