layer black beans on the bottom of big pan
then put chili on top
blend of cheese mix
cream cheese
more chili
olives
sprinkle more cheese on top, bake in oven for 400 degrees until it the cheese is hot and ,elted
i serve with blue corn tortillias and its out of this world!

sloppy joes
chips
cookies

Crockpot Sausage is great! Heres the recipe, also for appetizer try greenonion wraps,
Deli ham with creamcheese spread on it, wrap it around greenonion.

Mild Italian sausage (10 links)

Crushed tomatoes, large can (non concentrated)

3 green bell peppers

2 red bell peppers

? yellow onion

Minced garlic, 1 tablespoon

Black pepper, 1 teaspoon

Cut sausage links into 3’s. brown in skillet. Cut peppers and onion into wedges. Add all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix together. Place in crock-pot on low for 4-6 hours. (How long depends on your crock-pot, browning the sausage before ensures it is cooked well and gets rid of some of the grease)

Serve with rolls

Rotten tomato's. Or rotten eggs will win the fight.

when my man has his friends over for a fight or football i always make a tray with cheese, bologna, and crackers. I also make up some little beef smokies in the crock pot with bar-b-q sauce. Another good dish is a nut mix. The guys love em. They also love salted, shelled peanuts. tostitos and a salsa dip with velveeta is also another party winner. I have also on occasion made the little beef smokies wrapped in crossoints and baked til brown instead of in the crock.

I once worked at a bakery and after closing we had an eclair fight. It was delicious!!!!!

gee when i read your question about fight party, i thought it is where you throw stuff at each other and i was about to reply...just bring a lot of whip cream but since it is a party where you watch a fight, i would suggest finger food ;) have a good time

wings, chili, cheese/meat/cracker platter . . . easy stuff

You should take wings or meatballs would be nice. You could even take sub sandwiches.
