It would totally depend on the environment your trying to recreate or create. Usually I think of Jazz when I think of classy lounges, so perhaps a jazz based roaring 20's themed lounge. The Fedora Lounge or Zoots Jazz Garden. Serve "bathtub gin" and Have an open mic night featuring local jazz artist, from bands to solo sax players.

How about a name that describes the decor - like "The Library" or "The Teak Room". Or a color if you have an over all atmosphere like "Blue". Or something that evokes old world charm like the name of a castle, a town, or landmark from your ethnic heritage.
