SwEeT 16 IDeAS?????!

Question:

SwEeT 16 IDeAS?????

I need some ideas for a party..something low budget, but really fun...not too ''themey'' either....so far i was thinking inviting some friends to go to the beach..so if you could expand on that or come up with something else that'd be great thnx

Answers:
Low Budget......Invite friends to the beach for a "beach blanket bingo party".....have colorful beach towels for each guest....you can find these at dollar store for 3-4 dollars each.....get a colored pail and shovel (also available at dollar store), paint each child's name on each and fill with candy, McDonalds coupons, nail polish, and any other thing you think your daughter and her friends would like......then have a couple of games of bingo with prizes! Have hotdogs on the grill cause you're at the beach ( you can purchase an inexpensive throwaway onetime grill at Family Dollar for $5) and I would have the table decorated with your child's favorite colors and do the theme in this for the party.....inexpensive is to buy cheap cloth at Walmart in the colors about a yard or two and layer them on the table (much cheaper than tableclothes). Take a boombox with kareoke tracks and also have a beach "idol" contest.....have 3 judges (impartial) judge the contest...hope these ideas help.....you can really have an inexpensive and great party with things from the dollar store....just think color, color, color!
