14 B-Day ideas?
that's pretty much it; any party ideas? i would rather not have too big of a party, but if anyone has ideas...

when my daughter turned 14 we had a pizza buffet and a dance party
The day ahead we chopped and diced all kinds of topping Then the morning of the party we made a bunch of dough and rolled into little balls place them in greased cake pans cover with a damp dish towel and put in frig. We had different sauces {pizza-Alfredo-and BBQ sauce} and the cheeses we had mozzarella, Cheddar and Parmesan
when we got ready for the party all we did was put everything out on counter in nice bowls> everyone had a blast laughing and joking as they made their own pizza, Then after every one ate we moved to the basement where we had set it up as a dance club, Flashing light loud music {every kids favorite things} We made up a couple different punch drinks. But the funnest part was we bought several disposable cameras and put them around and encouraged everyone to take alot of pictures. When we got them developed we made a scrape book and even had pictures to give to her friends as reminders. I even had a good time and it didn't cost that much
When I was 14, I lived at the pool, and loved grilling out. Nice and cheap.
A simple bar bq with a few close friends is always nice, roast some corn, burgers and hot dogs. Or if into healthy try some chicken on the grill the corn and maybe some potatoes.
here's a few ideas. how about an over nite camp out in the back yard. you could do a Mardi gras as theme part with lots of beads and masks, a tye dye party, bowling, laser tag or a karaoke party. maybe a make over party...have someone do their hair, paint their nails, give em pedicures, hair shampooing & conditioning, facial masks
