Different Sandwich Fillings?!

Question:

Different Sandwich Fillings?

Anyone got any ideas for different sandwich fillings & finger food buffet.

Answers:
Deli meats and cheeses, salmon, tuna, egg, vegetables, perhaps like a sloppy joe mix, pickles etc will all make nice sandwiches. As for finger food buffet, veggies and dip, fruits, crackers and cheeses, chips, bruschetta, chicken wings, mushroom caps, ribs, quesadillas, sausage rolls, bagels and pastries etc... Many options out there be creative.

why have different..everybody loves a bit of cheese and tomato and tuna mayo stick to them

Salmon and watercress with cracked black pepper, roasted vegetables with humus, cheese and onion (not different but always a favourite), ham cheese spread and pickle. Quiche, voluvaunts, peanuts, crisps, dips with crudites. If hot food, how about chips, sausage rolls, an Indian selection and a Chinese selection - you can buy the packs and heat them up. Salads, green, potato and coleslaw.

You could always do pin wheel sandwiches. Cut the crusts of the bread and roll it really flat with a rolling pin. Spread the filling on one side and then roll the slice to form a swiss roll kind of effect. then cut slices from this, looks pretty and is different.

Finger foods i have a veggie plate with dip, greenonion wraps (deli ham with creamcheese wrapped around a greenonion), deviled eggs, a crockpot of baked beans and various chips in bowls.
