Chocolate blobs dropped in coconut?!
I'm planing my cousins bridal shower and my auntie keeps telling me about these chocolate blobs dropped in coconut that they used to have at bridal showers all the time when she was a kid and how they were soo good!. Does anyone know what she's talking about!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your talking about coconut haystacks!. They are very good!. Melt your chocolate (Below is a link for melting tips if you need them!.) Then stir in some coconut until you get the desired chocolate-coconut consistency!. Line a cookie tray with wax paper!. Then spoon your haystacks onto the wax paper!. They will harden as they cool!. For some decor, you could press an almond in the center or jelly beans!. (Be creative!)
