Answers:
the who am i game is fun.
as each kid arrives place a name tag on their back so they cant see who they are. during the course of the party they can ask the others a question about who they might be such as am i a superhero or a cartoon character or are they in a movie they can then ask if they can fly or can they spin a web are they can ask if they are a male or do they drive or do they bark are they purple etc or whatever. the first to guess who they are gets a prize. or once they guess who they are they remove the tag and the last person with a tag gets a prize

blow up balloons and insert tags with numbers on them that match to prizes then release balloons in a controlled area and have the kids pop them by SITTING ON THEM ONLY some of the balloons should have no prizes so it makes it a challenge, hint don't ujse opaqe ballons kids are smat they will just hold it upo and look, this has always been fun for us

no

oh heres a kind of funny one.....get some paper and write down...one task per line....things like......go flush the toilet and then come out and say: do not go in there...whoooo!....and different things to do....like ....also, whisper to the person next to you that they have a bug on their shirt.....they have to be sitting in a circle......and when you get done with the list of things to do...u cut each line and then fold each one up and put them into a grab bowl and they each pick a task starting with the birthday kiddo and then go round the circle....i dunno...i had fun watching my 11 year old and his friends do this...and watching the kiddos laugh at the funny things i wrote on the paper.....good luck tho and have fun.

spin the bottle

A scavenger hunt, break the kids into teams, give them a list of items (things that could be found in a house or garage or funny things like kiss from an old women) each item has a point, 5 points whatever, and send them out into the neighborhood with one adult per team. Give them a 40 minute time limit and give the prizes when they return.

If you have a pool the team "build your raft" race is great also. Break them into teams, give each cardboard, duct tape, scissors, some cloth and other items. a 25 time limit on building their raft. Whoever sail their raft (it has to hold at least one person)the furthest distance without sinking wins.
