What can I serve at a Luau party?

Chicken, pork, mushroom, pineapple shishcabobs (sorry about spelling there) Jerk chicken, pineapple glazed grilled ham steaks, a really simple fruit salad, flat breads, ..use your imagination...it should be way fun..good luck
Roasted pig is what is usually served but if that isn't possible you could do the next best thing and serve ham and pineapple, have some cocktail buns. Fresh fruit too.
