Go to www.foodnetwork.com they have great recipes and party menus!!

Get steak, chicken and thin pork chops....Put them in seperate zip loc bags....pour Dales seasoning in there, You will need a few bottles.....Let them soak overnight if possible...Cook on grill. Pour the leftover sauce over top of the meat as they cook....it will be the best steak you have had!!

Well, I assume that you will be doing burgers, chicken, or something else on the grill. Other side items you might want to consider are pasta salad, potato salad, watermelon (if it is in the summer), sweet tea, baked beans, chips.

You should have some bar-b-q chicken, ribs and hot (or mild) links. You should have a green salad, potatoe salad and or macaroni sald and some fresh fruit.

If you drink sodas you should have your favorites and of course some bottled water.
Iced tea and lemonade is wonderful. Do one of them with lots of ice in the blender or vita mix and pour the other on top. It's beautiful and it's a better drink.

do an authentic southern barbeque thing. ribs, potato salad, corn on the cob, fresh fruit.....

hot dogs, hot links, baked or chili beans, dip& chips, fruit bowl, pasta salad(no-mayo),cookies,and sweet tea.You will have every age group covered.plus if you add no meat to pasta salad the vegetarians will be able to enjoy.Take hot dog buns for the sandwiches.Warm the beans before you grill the dogs and sausage. The rest can sit as you bring it out.Have fun and don't be afraid to ask peple for help with the cook-out...

Jalapeno stuffed shrimp
Clean and de-vein shrimp
Slice fresh jalapenos into long slivers
** be sure to wear surgical gloves when cleaning, slicing and handling jalepenos, to keep from burning your fingers and nail beds
Bacon, cook until half done, still uncooked enough to wrap around shrimp
Mix together in equal amounts pure cane syrup and terriyaki
Place sliver of jalapeno inside of shrimp, wrap bacon around shrimp and secure with a toothpick. Place on grill and baste with pure cane syrup and terriyaki baste. Grill for a couple of minutes and turn and baste again, cook for a couple more minutes or until bacon is done...........Yummy:-)

Charbroiled Oysters
Sack of Oysters..........Oyster Knife
Open Oysters and place on grill in 1/2 shell, add a teaspoon of garlic butter and a pinch of parmesan, ramano cheese, cook unti cheese is melted

garlic butter
1 stick of butter
garlic powder
melt butter and add garlic powder, stir together

Bag of Parmesan, Romano Cheese.............not the kind in the can

Here's something I've done that was well liked---a make-your-own-kabob party! Guests assemble a skewer, and you cook it for them. Everyone gets exactly what they like!

Get all the fixings for shish-kabobs---marinate chicken chunks AND beef chunks in Italian dressing (separately). Have big bowls of red, yellow & green pepper chunks, onion pieces, fresh mushrooms, sliced zucchini & yellow squash, cherry tomatoes, canned whole potatoes, chunks of corn on the cob, and even pre-steamed pea pods.

Make some loaves of garlic bread & some fluffy rice to go with it. Kabobs are beautiful, healthy & delicious...and you can make everything hours earlier so you can enjoy the fun.

The perfect menu would of course be BBQ Spare ribs, corn-on-the-cob and baked potato. If that sounds a little heavy, nothing beats a grilled burger, potato salad and a side of bean salad.

A great BBQ dessert is to take a bananna peel & all & split it length wise. then you stuff it with mini marshmallows & chocolate chips. then wrap the whole thing in aluminum foil & place it on the grill for about 10-15 mins. unwrap, scoop out the gooey mess & eat. you can eat it straight from the peel or serve over ice cream.
