What Is A use for Chili Bay Leaf Oil?!

Question:

What Is A use for Chili Bay Leaf Oil?

Answers:
Definitely try it first for taste and 'heat'. This will determine how much you add. Some suggestions for you:

- a few drops on top of cooked steak
- add extra zing to a green salad, mix with a good Olive oil and toss into the salad
- pasta as already suggested
- few drops in store bought mayo
- as garnish on top of soup
- served as dipping sauce for breads, raw veges etc.
- tossed into cooked barbecued prawns
- few drops on barbecued fish.

Anything you would normally used a good olive oil for but watch out for the quantity as too much may taint the flavor.

Enjoy..

Taste it first to see if you like it. If so, it has a million uses in the kitchen as a flavouring. For example, you can use it as a base for salad dressing, or you can toss it with pasta. Try not to heat it too much, it may change the quality of the flavour. Good luck, and good cooking.

i never heared of such a thing.
