Argentinian Mixed Grill

INGREDIENTS:
1 porterhouse steak, sliced 1 inch thick
beef flank steak, about 1 pound, sliced 1 inch thick
1-2 ribeye steaks, sliced 1 inch thick
6 pre-cooked Bratwurst, cut in half lengthwise
1 1/2 cups Italian dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 teaspoons fresh oregano, chopped finely
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

PREPARATION:
Prepare meat and place into a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour onto meat. Coat meat with marinade, cover and place in refrigerator for 6 hours. prehat grill for medium heat. Remove meat from bowl and discard marinade. Place meat on grill. Cook flank steak for 18-20 minutes, 12-15 minutes for the porterhouse and ribeye steaks, and 3-5 minutes for the sausages. Move meat to cooler part of grill and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.

try looking up chimi-churri, a dressing for meat. Also meat turnovers or empanadas, they are made in many flavors, spinach is about my favorite.

Argentine marinade, 1/2 ts saffron threads, 1/2 c virgin olive oil, 1/2 white wine vinegar, 1 spanish onion diced, 2 garlic cloves pressed, 1/4 c parsley chopped, 1 ts thyme, 1 tbs lemon juice, salt and pepper
