Im turning 21..what does alcohol taste like??!
i will be 21,next month =) and i'm hecka excited! i don't drink, but im wondering should i!? if i haven't this long!.!.should i now!?!? i don't want a lame birthday! most of all my friends drink, i don't want them having more fun than me on my bday!.!.lol! im not oppose of seeing male dancers or a club!.!.but i cant decide on what to do! it tastes gross- beer is nasty and hard liquor is worse straight up- but when mixed with soda and juices is OK!. wine coolers are good and not so strong!.
drinking can be fun when with the right people- but can get bad when you drink too much- bad hangovers the next day not to mention the puking and bed spins that night! but as long as you do it in moderation and get a slight buzz you should be fine!. I remember my first time getting drunk I thought it was the best- but now I barley ever drink to get drunk, I'm just a social drinker!. try it out- if you like it you can keep on doing it once and a while, and if you don't like it you never have to touch the stuff again- but at least you can say you've tried it!. just make sure you don't let all your friends buy you a bunch of shots- you will be wasted fast since it's your first time drinking! start out slow so you can make it the whole night out- vary a drink with a glass of water each time and later in the night see how you feel (your body can process about one alcoholic beverage per hour = beer, glass of wine, one shot) so the more you drink in that hour the more drunk you will become!. you will notice you will feel a bit fuzzy and be very talkative and wanting to have fun and be crazy and you will have to pee alot! So, try it out, go out to a bar with some friends (find one with games or something so you have more to do there) and have some drinks- just make sure to stop once you have a good buzz going so you don't get sick!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, it seems that you have two separate issues going on!. 1) You should never feel pressured to drink!. There are SEVERAL people who have NEVER taken a sip of alcohol!. Dieon Sanders and Prince come to mind (as well as numerous others in the world who are well past 21!.) 2) There is no real way to answer your question because a) there are several different "types" and brands of alcohol, all with their own uniques tastes and flavorings, and b) THE ONLY REAL WAY TO KNOW WHAT ALCOHOL TASTES LIKE IS TO SAMPLE FOR YOURSELF!. But please be aware that if you drink different types of alcohol within a certain time frame, you will really get intoxicated fast, and you will probably get sick to your stomach as well!. I would strongly advise you to start with something light on your birthday!. Try Mike's Hard Lemonade, or one of the various flavored Smirnoff Ice drinks!. They taste more like punch than anything!. I'm 15, but my sisters (they're over 25) have sometimes given me some to drink (because they know that it doesn't taste good and want to teach me not to drink it)!. I think alcohol tastes horrible!. I take small sips but it's really strong and it kind of burns my mouth and I really want to take a mint right after!. People have said that alcohol is an acquired taste and it only tastes good when you're drunk enough not to notice it!. My advice: don't do it!. It isn't great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I AM PROUD TO SAY I HAVE NEVER TOUCHED THE STUFF AND DON'T PLAN TO!. SO I CAN'T TELL YOU WHAT IT TASTES LIKE ALTHOUGH I ACTUALLY HEAR A LOT OF PEOPLE SAY IT TASTES BAD SO MY QUESTION TO THEM IS WHY DO YOU DRINK IT!. I FIND IT IS BETTER TO BE YOURSELF STAY SOBER AND HAVE MORE FUN THAT WAY!. PLUS YOU WON'T BE ASKING YOURSELF WHAT DID I DO LAST NIGHT AND GET YOURSELF INTO TROUBLE!. also YOU CAN HAVE MORE FUN BEING SOBER AND MAKING FUN OF STUPID DRUNK PEOPLE!. REMEMBER NO ONE STARTS OUT DRINKING THINKING THEY WILL BE AN ALCOHOLIC BUT IT ONLY TAKES ONE SIP TO BECOME ONE!. IF YOU NEVER PICK UP THAT FIRST DRINK YOU'LL NEVER HAVE THE APPETITE FOR IT!. Alcohol does not taste good at all!. However it does make you feel good after a while!. I know a lot of people that don't drink though and noone really cares!. If you dont want to im sure it wont be a big deal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
