Which is better for me Root Beer, Dr. Pepper, or Coke?
I am trying to lose weight. And I LOVE soda drinks which should I not drink and only drink a little each day.

None of them are complimentary to someone trying to lose weight as they are all full of sugar. If you must have soda try a Diet Root Beer as at least you'll cut back on the caffeine. But try drinking water, that is your friend right now.

none of them are complimentary for losing weight because thay are all full of sugar and caffeine. but also drinking soda will increase the rate of which acne grows. the caffeine in those sodas will keep you awake which is unhealthy. in order to be healthy you need a good 10-12 hours of sleep. if you exercise drink water because it's best.like bottled water. no chips, junk like lollipops, sodas, alcohol, and etc. just be careful what you eat and drink okay?

Neither they contain sugar which builds and turns into fat.and if you notice when you drink soda your energy level will peak then hit bottom shortly after, plus they contain acid which eats away the enamel on your teeth. (DRINK WATER)

i think they're all about the same sugar wise and calorie wise. if your really serious about loosing weight cutting out soda all together for a few months Will dramatically change your weight. if you do give your self Little treat only do it once a week and try to limit to just one. also you should be drinking at least 96 oz of water a day to be healthy and flush toxins out when your dieting and exercising. **also on a side note, diet sodas are just as bad, they've done studies showing that the body still metabolizes it as if it's real sugar. totally defeats the purpose. also if you really want something bubble try mineral bubble water with flavor, if it's sugar your craving try like a nice mango juice. it'll kill your sugar craving super quick.
u can take diet coke or root bear but in less quantity or if u want to drink more then eat less or do exercise to lose weight

drink a little of your favorite when you have to because there all about the same. i prefer Dr.Pepper but u pick your fave

Well to be honest, if u are trying to loose weight i would stick with water its healthier
drink WATER most of the time, get diet A&W rootbeer,the diet Dr.Pepper is really good. Stay away from coke,even the diet, the color is no good for folks, you can get the flavor waters. Drink GREEN TEA! you can drink it iced.It will help you lose weight!!!! best of luck with the diet. its never easy.
