I'm having a fairy tea party for my 14th. Ideas?!

Question:

I'm having a fairy tea party for my 14th. Ideas?

I don't have a lot of money to spend on it. I need ideas for activities, decorations, food, etc.

Answers:
Lots of roses, glitter, and dollar store fairy wings. Make a lot of sweets that have glitter sugar and sparkling apple cider. Get some decorations with fairies, imps, and elves. Go to your local spiritual store and they will have some nice back drops for your sitting area and your local dollar store will have plastic crystals that you can hang from the ceiling along with pink and purple x mass lights. Hang some stars with lights in them. For a parting gift you can have fairy related trinkets. Like, notepads, pencils, hair ties, jewelery, tiny figures, and glitter candy. Watch a movie that contains a lot of fairies and fantasy. Enjoy!

fairy bread- white bread with 100's nd 1000's on it
raspberry fizzy or tea, cup cakes things like that (small things)

yea 1 idea grow up my 4 year old is having a fairy party

a fairy tea party?
pretty cool... =)

Decorate for your fairies (they like the woodlands)--get those really really tiny flower pots (there are about 30 cents each); take colored cupcake papers; put the flower pot in the cupcake paper & tie a cute bow around it; plant a tiny flower & moss in the pot. Put one at each place setting. For the center piece, pile moss in a mound on wax paper so it doesn't ruin your pretty table cloth, tuck real or fake flowers, mushrooms, butterflies, etc in the moss. Serve tiny tea sandwiches and lemonade. You can get cheap glasses (target, KMart, Ikea) and draw flowers & things on them with glass markers. For placemats, use bright squares of fabric--each one different color on a bright table cloth--look for either cheap napkin squares for the placemats or look for remnants at a fabric store (you don't need to sew--just cut with pinking scissors). Tie small bunches of herbs such as rosemary around the silverware with pretty ribbon.
For a game--have a treasure hunt in your house--hide things from a store such as Claires or Target that a well-dressed fairy would have in her purse (tie a colored ribbon on each one so everyone knows what is the fairies and what is yours!). Then give the guests bags that look like purses (make your own or buy gift bags) and give them a certain amount of time to hunt. Happy Birthday

Arent you a little old for a fairy party?

That sounds like so much fun! have your girlfriends dress as fairies and take lots of pictures. you'll get to wear lots of glittery eyeshadow. And stick rhinestones in a design on your face.I just found this website:

http://www.efairies.com/index.htm...

They have lots of fun fairy supplies.
I wish I could come. Happy Birthday!

I just turned 14 and that's a really cool idea! get small bite-sized foods like tea sandwiches and petafores. get a bunch of glitter and fun stuff like that.

*** HAPPY BIRTHDAY WISHES *** It sounds wonderful !!!!!!!!!!! Your party, whatever makes you happiest. Keep it along the line of a victorian tea party, very sophisticated. Guests could be given flowered hats and little white gloves. Or perhaps homemade wrist corssages.
Tea sets could be picked up for a little bit of nothing at any second hand store or even at Wal Mart or ask family members and neighbors. Serve magical sparkling tea punch or a rose petal tea. Serve dainty heart shaped ham salad sandwiches. And whatever else comes to mind.
Games------Create a decoupage and have guests guess the number of pictures decorated with lace.
Perhaps a guessing game for the age of an antique piece of jewelry or an old old Victrola record album. Use your imagination and combine ideas.
Enjoy,,,,,,,,,,,you are only YOUNG once.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
