Question:

Anyone have some really cool ideas for kid's b-day parties...????

I need to plan a party for two 10 year olds and one 8 year old girls..AND my son's 16th this year. I want something special this time. I live in Wisconsin and Illinois is not too far for me to go either. Anyone have any ideas or know of any cool places to go? Thanks in advance! (I probably worded that wrong....I am not planning on having them all combined)

Im throwing my first birthday party this year for my baby. But this websit has a lot to offer, all they're stuff is good quality and they have great ideas for older kids too. It seriously saved my butt with prepartion and making sure I had everything, and most of the prices were cheaper than my local dollar stores. Good luck.

I live in Wisconsin too! Six Flags would be fun for all of your kids. I know there is one in northern IL. The Milwaukee Zoo would be fun for the 10 year olds and the 8 year olds. I'm 23 and I still enjoy going to the Zoo, so it could be fun for your 16 year old, depending upon his tastes. If it were me, I'd ask them what they wanted to do, because they might just want to have a sleep over or something at your house. Good luck!

for the girls it depends on what they are interested in. (cartoons, dogs, cats, etc) some generic ones are a bowling party -they have themes for that and like party stuff with bowling pins- or a luao-dont know how to spell, i mean like a hawain party- and it can b like a pool party or something. the guy will probably want like a big party with a DJ, but i duno.

Keep it simple, don't try to "create a memory"if your child wants an event because his friend had one explain that his/her birthday is a celebration of his/her addition to your family and that everybody does it differently. Bottom line don't go broke for a birthday party.

ive planned my 13 year old boys at the state park here... rented an awesome 3 bed 3 bath cottage... not his style, but cool!!! they have swimming fishing, hikes ,bikeriding and every thing else(for a state park) check out those in your area... very inexpensive, and all that momma nature could allow!!!also rented a hummer limo for the trip... big waste of$$ because we are 20 min from one of the big state parks here in ga, but oh well... he is only 13 once,,!
