well, theres always the "sweet sixteen" theme; im sure there are napkins for that. maybe a sport theme or dance/music theme; it really depends on who's turning 16! mine was breakfast themed! ;D
paintball is also fun too, if ur willing to pay for pain....
i dont know about theme but i would totally have a bondfire at the beach , smores, all that fun stuff
when my dtr turned 16, I did a surprise party for her. I rented a limo for her and 3 friends. They drove around the city for an hour. In the meantime, i went to a local restaurant and decorated their booth. I had a plastic table cloth that was actually a coloring cloth. I provided crayons, markers, etc, balloons, disposable cameras at the table, and of course, presents. They got to have non alcoholic fancy drinks and dinner.
Because she wanted something unique and different, I did it this way rather than invite the 30 friends to the house! No thanks! This cost probably just a bit more than having a full blown party at the house.
She enjoyed it as did those 3 "special" friends.
