Help planning my party!?!?!?!

Question: Help planning my party!!?!!?!!?
I'm hosting a start-of-school party soon, and I can't figure out what activities to do! It's for three hours late at night (from 8-11), and it's a bonfire!. I already have music picked out, smores ready, and people are supposed to bring any old school papers they haven't thrown away yet (to burn!.!.!.!)!.
But I know that's not enough to fill up three hours! Any suggestions for activities!?

also, We're not exactly eight years old, and remember it's at night, so can people please not suggest anything like relay-races or freeze dance!? =P
Thanks for any help! =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

in middle and high school (and now), my friends and i loved playing catch phrase!. if you havent played it before!.!.!. you sit in a circle and have two teams (every other person in the circle is on your team)!. it would work well at a bonfire, especially the lit up electronic version!. also, if people don't feel like playing an organized game, you don't have to change much or feel like you wasted time planning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yea i had those questions when i would throw parties but people like to hang out and talk to Friends that they haven't seen in a while so just let things flow!.!.!. make sure you have fun, u have food drinks and good music to dance to =)
