Raspberry Pie. My best and everyone always asks for it.

Gosh i have a couple actually. probably vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free lasagne cos i'm the only person i know who can get it right and not poison anyone with allergies!!!

Possum casserole is great, but for the hungry man, a good squirrel stew is oh so yummy.

Chilli con carne I don’t mind cooking it I just wont eat it too spicy for me.

Nothing...

A full ham or turkey dinner. I love making one with all the side dishes and everything :)

Buffalo chicken wings starter, peaking duck for main and italian kisses for desert

A nice hot curry which can be beef, chicken, lamb etc.

Macaroni Cheese with chips

sour cream pancakes with fresh strawberry sauce.

Stuffed Peppers! x

Paprikash... an old traditional dish taught to me by my grandmother.

I don't like cooking, but I have a great recipe for shrimp & feta pasta.

Spag bol. I am THE spag bol king. I do a vegi one, one without tomatoes (my partner cant eat them), a mixed fish one, a prawn one, a tuna one and a very strong minced beef one. Lovely. Been doing them for over 10 years and I'm still not bored.

I make a cracking Sunday Roast with all the trimmings. Can take or leave cooking, I married a chef for a reason ;)

Cheese on toast?

Saltfish and Ackee with Rice & Peas. Lovely

definitely salted Octopus lightly battered in bread crumbs with winter vegetables and steamed rice.

Rice, peppers and ham...

Instant potatoes.

Broiled Salmon.

I cook a mean spag bol, but I also like to cook something called Panackalty (excuse spelling?) - which is basically a poor-man's stew of potatoes, onions, and corned beef - I also add carrots. It's absolutely lush!!!

Noodles with chicken fryed in a bit of soy sauce and veg. covered in thai green sauce ummm...

Mine is a tomato based Chicken & Vegtable soup !.
Lots of chunky veg like carrots, turnip, potatoes.. with onion, garlic, celery, mushrooms, tomatoe puree and a whole chicken cut into quarters.
Take ages to prepare but its well worth it :-)
