High school?
Have guest come dressed as they see themselves in the future. Or, have an Hawaiian themed party. If you have a pool or access to a pool then have it there. If not, borrow or buy a small kid's pool. Have water balloons and water pistols. Have guests wear Hawaiian shirts, shorts, bathing suits, etc. Serve pigs in the blanket unless you can serve roasted pig like at a Luau. Have a HULA (hoop) contest. Do the limbo. Give guests leis as they arrive. Serve age appropriate drinks with pineapple garnishes. Let guest bring beach chairs and towels. Decorate with small ukuleles and tiki torches.
Invites could read something like:
Let's LEI one on and celebrate.
We never thought we'd graduate.
Your Hawaiian clothes you must wear
'Cause, you'll dance the hula if you dare.
