I have done this for my niece's baby shower!. If you are having special colors or not go to a fabric store and buy some light weight baby blanket material, and some safety pins!. Go to a craft store and get some wax a box is great!. Go home and cut your fabric like a baby diaper and put one pin to hold the fabric together!. Get an old pan and melt the wax!. Dip the diaper in the hot wax, take the diaper out when it is coated with the wax and place the diaper on wax paper and shape the diaper like a baby was in it, Let it dry and when dry fill them with peanuts, or mints!. For the shower for the birth of my last niece I made a money tree to take!. I took it early and Chrissy got several bucks outta the deal!. Just take a nice size limb with lots of sticks hanging off and "plant" it in a pot!. I used mints and other candy for the theme!. the put clothes pins (I sprayed them all pink) and twisty ties all over it so people can attach dollars, quarters or whatever!. Just make sure you put on the first few bucks and some change so everyone "gets it"!. Then talk to who ever is hosting the shower and get it there before everyone else!
