Yeah. Almond brittle is great, too. But you can make another treat at home using salted sunflower seeds and the melted sugar sauce and it's yummy. You can even tell yourself it's good for you because it's got sunflower seeds in it.

yep.and the easiest way to make it is using just 3 things...sugar and roasted peanuts, very little butter!
Coat the skillet with butter (like you would coat a cake pan), add 2 cups of sugar, stir ..keep stirring until sugar is a medium golden color, add peanuts, and pour mix on a lightly buttered cookie sheet to cool, break pieces, and your done!

Used to love it n the UK but can't sem to get it in Spain

Oh! Yes! While I was growing up, my Dad used to buy Peco Brittle, I don't know if that is a brand or a name for that candy, talk about delicious!!

Love it but it is hard on the teeth
