Answers:
Bruchetta!

cut up lots of roma tomatoes, fresh garlic and fresh basil, combine in bowl, add a couple teaspoons of olive oil and let sit for a while for flavors to blend.

Then just buy a baguette and cut in pieces, toast if you'd like and let guests spoon the bruchetta mixture on the bread.

Its so easy and quick. And cheap.

Crab Stuffed Shrimp

? cup lump crab meat
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoon Franks RedHot hot sauce
3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1tablespoon red peppers diced and sautéed
1tablespoon orange peppers diced and sautéed
1tablespoon green peppers diced and sautéed
? pound medium sized shrimp
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
3 drops olive oil on each shrimp
1 teaspoon olive oil (on parchment paper)
1 pinch breadcrumbs

Add lump crabmeat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red rooster hot sauce, Worcestershire, old bay seasoning, and peppers, to a medium sized glass bowl then mix well. Set aside.

Slice shrimp down the back so they split but don’t break apart. Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper.

Lightly drizzle olive oil on each shrimp to moisten then add crab mixture in the center of split shrimp.

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, lightly spread olive oil on parchment paper.

Place shrimp on the paper and sprinkle shrimp with breadcrumbs.

Place in oven and bake at 325- 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.

Get some flour tortilla, room temp.Cream cheese room temp. Sm. jar dried beef [chopped] and a bunch of green onions [scallions also chopped] if desired.

Spread the cheese beef & onions on tortilla then roll it up. Cut sections apx. 1 1/2 putting a toothpick in to hold togeather. Not only pretty but tasty. You can also use a flavored wrap now that they have them.

Good Luck and Great eating.

I get requests for this quick easy one:
On crescent dough (one package pressed together into a giant rectangle) layer thin ham slices, grated cheddar cheese, and a small amount of yellow mustard. Roll up like a jelly roll and roll entire thing in sesame seeds (optional). Slice into 1/2" slices and bake on a cookie tray at 350F until golden brown. I make several packages because they go fast!!!

I make this all the time and it is sooooo gooood! You can use the fat free mayo and the low fat cres. rolls tooo... you cant tell the difference.... Use any veggies or cheese that YOU like! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a 9x13 inch baking sheet, and pinch together edges to form the pizza crust.
Bake crust for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Once finished cooking, remove crust from oven and let cool 15 minutes without removing it from the baking sheet.
In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dry Ranch dressing. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust. Arrange broccoli, tomato, green bell pepper, cauliflower, shredded carrots, and Cheddar cheese over the cream cheese layer. Chill for one hour, slice and serve.

Artichoke Dip (only 3 ingredients)
I cup mayo
1 cup parmesean
1 can artichokes

If you want, (adds a good additional flavor)
1 can crab meat

Mix together, bake in 400 degree (pre-heated) oven for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or toast.

place cream cheese on a plate and pour salsa over it, serve with chips! YUMMY

Warm a can of no-bean chili with an equal amount of Velveeta cheese, serve with tortilla chips. (add browned ground beef if you want a heartier dip).

Bake chicken wings or drumettes with half soy sauce/half water at 450 about 40 minutes (or do them in a crockpot). These are super!

Mix equal amounts grape jelly with bottled chili sauce, and heat with a couple pkgs little smokies---sounds weird, but there's NEVER any left!

1 package frozen meatballs
1 bottle chili sauce (usually in the ketchup isle)
1 small jar grape jelly
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon mustard

Put sauce, jello, lemon juice, and mustard in a crock pot.
Add the frozen meatballs and cook on high 3-4 hours. Stir and serve with toothpicks.

chesese dip

Here are two ideas, they may sound gross, but trust me they are great!

#1. Take a block of cream cheese and pour a bottle of raspberry salsa over it, serve with crackers.

#2. Take a class pie dish. Spread 16 oz. cream cheese on the bottom. Top with 1 can of chili (no beans). Top with shredded cheddar cheese until thoroughly covered. Bake in oven until cheese is melted and bubbly (375 degree oven should do it). Serve with tortilla chips. And warn everyone that the pan is HOT!

Meyer Lemon Olive Oil and Honey spread
