There's things I like from both!.
I like the chefs so much better from Iron Chef Japan!. I also like the format of competition (as many dishes as you can make in 1 hr)!. I also think that the ingredients on Iron Chef Japan were so much cooler!.
I like Alton Brown on Iron Chef America much better than his Japanese equivalent!. And I like that it isn't dubbed, either!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
