Absolutely, you are only 16 once! You don't need to go to the extreme a to have a 'Super Sweet Sixteen' and spend 400, 000 on a party you also don't need the Jonas Brothers to perform (or whatever music is cool for sixteen year olds today)!. Invite all your friends and have a blast!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

u dont have to, it all depends on ur personality, and off course, if ur parents will let u!! (: i mean when my brother was 16 he only had one friend come over for his bday, i guess its different for boys, but when i turn 16, i plan on having a BIG BASH!!! i mean i guess u dont have to but sometimes its fun to have a party i mean its ur sweet 16, but it isnt just about partying right!? its cost too!. and if that is an issue then maybe have just a smaller party!

When I was a teenager one had an 18th celebration, but the "big one" was one's 21st!.
