Decorations really depend on the theme.
But I do know that it is fun to make scrapbooks and dessert showed be mini triffuls for breakfast do pancakes. If you can make home made soap that is fun at a sleep over(at mine we loved that part). And at night a little later than when you have to go to bed tell secrects. Dinner we did pizza home made(well not all homemade we bought the crust)
that is all I can think of right now.
fun games: taboo or charades that's always a fave
decorations: keep it plan and simple but always keep it accessible
snacks: fingers foods life chicken wings and/or some type of dip
party favors: how bout a cute gift bag with spa stuff in it
Hmm for snacks, I would recommend chips, veggies, ice cream, cookies, lots of that yummy but bad for you stuff, its your birthday go ahead and splurge !
Party favors..think what you would like to recieve and your friends like..you could make goodie bags with lip gloss, nail polish, picture frames ..cute stuff that is affordable.
Check the dollar store for cheap and cute decorations and fun stuff.
Games: Taboo is pretty fun,
When I was your age we played pin the moustache on britney spears , you could play pin the moustache on paris hilton ( its just kind of fun to be blindfolded and play silly games)
Twister is always fun and Apples to Apples
