You'll need to know where to get food, either a distributor or a Costco/Sam's. You'll need equipment like chafing dishes and Cambros to keep things hot or cold. And probably a large coffee urn. The name of a good rental place for tables, chairs, linens, more. Then there's the cost of your marketing...business cards, newspaper ads, things like that.
