Tempe AZ Social event Bar/Club Rental?

I'm a pledge class social chair for Kappa Alpha fraternity and the first task given to me is to book a bar or area to have a social event. I attend Arizona State University and the location needs to be within 20 minutes of Tempe. I have about a week to make the calls and get this done.
