Answers:
I usually take a meat/protein dish and a vegetable and a dessert or an appetizer!. And a least one two liter drink or a gallon of ice tea or lemoade!.

Casseroles need not be more than 2-3 quart dishes!. A pint of any vegetable is good enough although if mixing vegetables I do more than that but still stick to the 1-2 quart dishes depending on the vegetable!.

Use throw away containers to save on cleanup!. Remember to take serving utensils for your dishes and mark them so you can take them home!. Make sure your dish looks attractive and full!. Use a smaller dish if necessary for eye appeal!. Carry zip lock bags or plastic wrap for leftovers!.

Here is a dish my family and Everyone that tastes it just loves! Try it before you freak!

Jill's Pepper Zuchinni

Melt a cube of margarine in a large 10" frying pan on medium heat on stove top!.
Slice thinly into the pan - one medium onion
Slice in enough small zuchinnis to fill pan to heaping full!.
Sprinkle 1 heaping teaspoon of black pepper over all!.

Let it simmer til onion is clear and zuchinni is tender!.
Take 2 jars of Kraft Bacon Cheddar - you know the little jars that you can use for glasses for you kiddies later!?
Spoon them out - dropping big spoonfuls all over the top of the zuchinni!. Cover til the cheese melts and then stir well!.

Once it is all mixed together - put in a 13x9 buttered baking dish and smooth out!. Then bake for 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees!. Take out of oven and lay 3 slices of American cheese to form diamonds up the middle!. Cover with foil and reheat for 15-20 minutes at 350 at the reunion!. Sometimes I put in my crockpot to take along and that works well, too!.

I bet you I've had 50 people in the last 20 yrs say OOOH I Do Not like Zuchinni and then later say OMG that Pepper Z is delicious!. So try it in smaller proportions before reunion and then if you like use it! :) Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
