Is this normal that noone reads questions carefully?!

Question:

Is this normal that noone reads questions carefully?

I asked a Food Question in the Culture section since the food is connected to Culture. It feels like people didn't read the question and details I put very carefully. How normal is this? A percentage or a ( 1 out of 10 times) will do.

Here was my question, incase anyone wants to take a stab.

Answers:
I live in Canada and I have never had a Pocky and I do not even know what it is.

As to your this question, People are going for fast points and because lots of people do not read the question correctly or their thinking process is faulty they give the wrong answer, I think it is normal behaviour because of the lack of intelligence in the majority of the people on Answers.

its because people want fast points

MABE IT WAS YOUR SPELLING !!
I'LL GIVE IT A 1 !

if there is more interest in other no one will take notice it depends on your question .There s no matter about percentage or anything
Although no everybody reads questions you cant see all the questions at the same time or give all the answers either.you cant find a specific question after answering a questing you cant look straight and other questions they show 3 more (as you know)and from that they may find interesting question and answer those instead.also spelling mistakes ar there.

I dont even know what the crap you are asking, lol

If the questions are long and drawn out, people don't take the time to fully read them, and just skim through to get to the end.. Make them short and to the point and you will get better answers...
