I would make it a mixed vegetable curry, with some dried tofu that's quite chewy. You can never actually taste the meat in a good curry, so the texture is more important. Include many different types of vegetable including potato, carrot, eggplant, sliced green beans, pumpkin, cauliflower, broccoli, etc. Avoid cabbage.

Can I come?

chicken if need a recipe ask

Beef!

Yak

Warthog is the best meat for ? Nov. 5. If unavailable, possum is an excellent second choice.

Kangaroo or ostrich is very good.

I would use chicken, most of my curries are made with chicken, the reason being is the chicken is always tender whereas the beef and mutton takes ages to tenderise. Yep, use chicken. You may eat the cats but dont eat the others.

Chicken, buy a whole one (or more) and cut into portions - better value and better taste if left on the bone!

Since you are used to using exotic meats maybe you should try goat if you can get it. Take into consideration that goat is very rich and you can't eat much at one time.

Emu is also a possibility

Well if you are a looking to cook quickly fish or even small sized chicken basic curry will do... or if you have got bags of time do a mean lamb balti....................

Man Meat

Beef.

Can't go wrong with pork products!

Try lamb that's good in curries.

If your doni a tikka massala type use chicken but if your doin a hotter curry use lamb or beef x

Good luck

Would suggest beef.

Hmm, frog is good. They say it tastes like chicken. Better yet, why not just use chicken.
