Here's a few suggestions!. How about quiche and fresh fruit, mix up some raspberries and blueberries, or a small dish of strawberries, with fresh squeezed orange juice!? You can get frozen quiche at the grocery store!. You could do scrambled eggs with some shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives, bacon would be good with that!.How about a croissant and orange marmalade!? Does she like coffee or tea!? Use a few fancy dishes!.Do you have "good dishes" at home, like the dinner plates at Thanksgiving!? A pretty teacup!? Use a cloth napkin if you have one, and if you can, put a fresh flower on the tray!. You can just put it next to the plate if you don't have a bud vase!. She's going to love it no matter what!. She'll probably cry!. Good luck, have fun, and best wishes to your mom!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you dont know her exact favourite breakfast then i would make a couple of things!. Try pancakes, scrambled eggs, omlette, french toast, maybe some cooked mushrooms and tomatos and little breakfast sauasges!. Too drink you cant beat a nice big glass of orange juice or a good coffee!.
also, a fresh flower(preferably her favourite) and maybe the latest copy of her favourite magazine or newspaper to read!.

Jeez the list can go on with me if you were to really get fancy, I once did it for my mom and she loved it!. But like the others just said it does not matter what you prepare for her it is the thought full gesture that she will love!. I for one made her some eggs benedict with steamed asparagus and some fresh hot french vanilla coffee to top it off with!. Of course it was not hard for me since his is what I do for a living (cooking) and it is fun to do so!. Well I wish you happy cooking and from all of us online we wish your mom a HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Her favorite!. Or!.!.if you want to do eggs and toast here's an idea (I do it for my wife): after the toast pops up, use some kitchen shears and cut the toast into the shape of a heart!.

Final analysis: She's your mom!.!.!.she'll love it no matter what you make!. It's the gesture that counts!. And I say she's lucky to have you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can still make eggs & toast, but put them together & you got french toast: soak bread (preferable sour dough or french baguette b/c they hold well together) in milk and eggs, then fry in buttered pan until golden !. Top with fresh fruit and whip cream, then sprinkle cinnamon & powdered sugar on top and all over plate! Delicious and beautiful!Www@FoodAQ@Com
