Float gardenias in crystal (or glass) bowls on the tables. Use white helium balloons with white satin ribbon streamers. Collect large branches, spray paint white. Place in white pots and hang crystals (or clear plastic) ornaments from the branches. These are a few ideas that came to mind. Hope they help!
PS. Kept thinking about your party. Surfed a bit and found this menu that was suggested for a White Party:

I'm guessing you mean everything you serve is supposed to be white? How about white asparagus, white eggplant, pasta with a white sauce, angelfood cake with a white chocolate sauce, white chocolate fondue, some sort of a milk-based drink, or coconut milk, shredded coconut, an assortment of white cheeses, fruit plate with white fruits....skinned apples, pears, jicama, banana, etc... but make sure they are mixed with lemon juice so they don't brown up. I've never heard of a white themed party though.
With all of the ignorant racism still going on these days, I think you should clarify what exactly a "white party" is...

pina colada mix(non alcholic) as a punch with sprite,etc..coconut ice cream or vanilla in this punch..
