If you aren't having a whole roasted pig then serve pigs in the blanket with jezebel sauce. Fruit kabobs-skewers of pineapple, banana, and melon. Drinks garnished with pineapple. Grilled shrimp.

Can you get fresh young coconut? It is so much better to crack open your own coconut and scoop out the sweet, soft, young flesh. Serve it with the water from the coconut, don't add sugar, it ruins the flavor. It is very cooling for the body in hot weather too.
