What food,vegetable,or fruit helps you run better or faster?

like wat food will help me run faster like in a week. starting from today monday until saturday.

Protien. When you run you tear muscles and your body patches them back up with the protien you eat. Nothing and I mean nothing can subsitute for adiquate protien in a highly active life.

Good body conditioning is best, stretches, short runs, exercising your lungs (breathe in hold the breath as long as you can and release) Do this as much as possible. You need good rest to repair the cells in your body. It helps with stamina.

Foods: lean meat or other protein (eggs) in larger amounts than normal. If you dont eat meat eat lots of beans for the protein and cheese.
You need 1/2 banana per day, OJ, and salads. Some carbs are ok but not lots.

Don't know that it will make you run faster, but athletes often eat bananas when competing for extra energy.

a combination of cheese, lettuce, artichoke hearts, and pickle juice.

Deer meat.

strawberries, they are sweet , cold, fill you with energy and increase your sex drive!! all problems sorted!
