Answers:
If you are driving and working long shifts then avoid any meals/snacks that are heavy on carbs as these will make your blood sugar crash and make you sleepy!.
I am unsure of what meals you want to prepare but here are some suggestions!.
Snack in the car or at work on small handful of nuts or dried fruit/fresh fruit/cereal bars and drink lots of water!.
Take a main meal of mixed bean salad (can be ready bought ready made in a tin) and have with tuna or cooked chicken!.
other ideas:
muesili & yogurt
houmous & pitta breads
if you are v!.creative make a large batch of vege soup and freeze in small portions that you can take each day to have with a wholemeal bread roll!.

These are all nutrient rich foods that will stop you feeling hungry while at the same time allow you to lose weight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stock up on protein and fiber to help you feel full!. :)

veggies (baby carrots, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, broccolli, etc!.)

fat free ranch dressing for dipping veggies (put the dressing in a small gladware container or similar)

fruit (apples, grapes, etc!.)

sandwiches - turkey or ham with cheese and mustard or lowfat mayo

protein bars

peanut butter and crackers

fiber one bars

clif/luna bars

morningstar farms brand burgers, corn dogs, chicken sandwiches (easy to microwave assuming you are keeping these at work)

buns for your veggie burgers above

There are so many choices!. A lot of it depends on if you have to keep the food in the car or not!. I shop at the grocery store near my work and keep it in the refrigerator!. I always have protein bars or similar on hand!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
