Flat warming?!

Question:

Flat warming?

I still don't know how many people will turn up - is it ok to phone people to ask or should I wait for them to RSVP as requested?

Answers:
You can phone them and then as a passing thought ask them if they have RSVP'd you yet as you need a head count for the caterers... ?

Good Luck

Remind people to RSVP to you as you requested. Its not rude, just a simple reminder. Always cater for at least 10 more than you expect though. Just usually happens and it makes the next day effortless if there is food involved.

Good luck with the flat warming :)

Yeah I think you should remind them that you wanted RSVP's. Perhaps if you have email addresses just send an email and remind them of the party, and ask them to let you know if they plan on turning up. Or perhaps text them the same instead of email.

If they're your friends they won't mind you asking or texting.
Just say you're checking numbers for drink/nibbles.

Send each one a cheap paintbrush ( very cheap sets in Poundland)

The ones that arrive are actually your mates (or mate !!!!!)

If you have the email addresses of everyone I would just send an informal email as a reminder or you can find websites and set up a web page for the party for people to rsvp to and then that will keep track for you.

When making food make more than just the people that are expected, sometimes they will bring a guest or they may eat for more like 2 people instead of just their self. You don't want anyone to go hungry.

do both mate the we always phone and get a house full when we have parties but still wait for your RSVP'S too

Those that have not had the good mannrrs to RSVP phone them as how are you going to judge your food ammount??
