14th summer birthday party?!

Question:

14th summer birthday party?

im trying to plan my 14th birthday party. it is in july. its going to be a all girls party. it can't be very expensive. I have a pool but I had a pool party/sleepover party last year AND the year before so i think that it might be boring to have another one. If you have any ideas that would be great. thanks.

If it was fun ... why not do it again...

I hear tie dying is the rage for teens at parties this year.. have friends bring along their oversized T's and start having fun...

Actually then you could all have on your *Tie Dyed Night T-shirts* when you do your late night circle talk where each shares ***a secret***

Have Fun

have a pool party and a sleepover again this year too :)
july is hot, so you wanna cool off. then perhaps after a little something to eat and a swim then go to the mall catch a movie etc. do something inside int he afternoon to keep cool.

have like a theme like dress as movie stars or like a topic that u like
and have them dress like them and stuff
and then play some games and u kno you can hangout in the pool 2

You can still have another pool party, just give it a theme too. Pirate party with clues and a treasure hunt, scavenger hunt, etc. Or you could be different and have an evening pool party with lots of candles and tiki torches.

Why not have a red carpet club party.

Buy a few yards of cheap red fabric for your guests to arrive on. Then decorate your house so it's like a club. Change all your lightbulbs in the rooms you will be using to colored lights. Generally they are about a dollar a piece. For your main room get black lights. They, too, are about a dollar a piece. Also, get few large packs of blank CD's and string them together with fishing wire. If you get them out of their cases they are a lot cheaper. Generally you can get 50 for less than $10, and the fishing wire is less than $5. Tack or use clear tape to have them hanging from the walls, door jams, etc. They will really reflect your lights well. Buy about 2 dozen silver helium balloons floating from the ceilings. They will also reflect your light, but from the ceiling.

Also, have a VIP section. Decorate this area with a ton of candles from the dollar store. You can place these in glass containers or place them on small mirrors. Make sure that you use mirrors that you already have.

Have a signature "mocktail". Serve them in plastic martini glasses that you have decorated with your guests names, gemstones, etc. They can also take this home as a favor.

Make sure you have lots of good music.

go to the movies
