Are there three kinds of pasta?!

Are there three kinds of pasta?

Okay, from Physics, we know there's matter, antimatter and dark matter - a matter trinity, so to speak.

I've been thinking whether this principle is applicable to subtypes of matter, and came across pasta.

So far, we know there's pasta and antipasta. Do you think there's dark pasta, too?

Anti pasta is not a pasta. And below is wrong about the spelling although the word is sometimes Anto Pasta.

There are many kinds of pasta. Egg noodles and rice noodles are not pasta.

There is spinach pasta, tomato pasta, and normal wheat flour pasta. Each has a distinct taste as well as color.

Antepasta is salad.
