It's my daughters 2nd birthday, I need help?!

Question:

It's my daughters 2nd birthday, I need help?

My daughter will be having her 2nd birthday party at the end of the month. I really don't like the themed birthday parties so I am just doing her a cupcake party with a lot of bright colors (pinks, blues, greens and purples. The questions I have is, I bought some of those round cardboard cake holders that you put in the bottom of a cake box (it's just a flat, round cardboard piece) I am gonna put my cupcakes on top of these but need a really cute way to decorate them and a cute way to display them on the table, maybe I can elevate them but I need ideas on an inexpensive cute way to do it. I have a few ideas but anything will be great.

Answers:
to elevate them just put a phone book under the table cloth to make them the centerpiece. if you want a cheap way to decorate them put some of the party favor princess rings or something on the top of them that way you kill two birds with one stone the kids attending have a pary favor and the cupcakes are decorated.

I tried doing something GREAT for my daughters 2nd bday. She is going to be 6 now. And she doesn't remember it. So don't go overboard. It sounds great the way you have it. :)

What if you decorated the cupcakes with an overall pattern or just write "Happy Birthday!" across the tops of all at them, or have H on one and A on another, etc. It would look cool if you raised it and set the cupcakes on like a piece of fabric that could drape over whatever you raised them with.

You can get a "cupacake tree" at hobby stores...like Michael's, or Hobby Lobby. They are inexpensive and you just put a cupcake in each of the holes and it looks so cute.

I agree don't go overboard and don't spend too much money. Keep it simple because she won't remember. As long as your baby girl is comfortable and having fun, who cares. You should care what other people say ot think about the party.

Decorate with a Happy Face and put some sprinkles on it to make it more colorful and again, she's two don't go overboard
as long as she's having fun and any two-year older will just knowing that it's their special day!!!!!! HAVE LOT'S OF FUN!!!

Even though i'm 14 i'll tell you what I did for my baby cousin's 2nd B-day. What I mostly did is gather snack foods that he likes and its great that you use cupcakes for your childs b day never have thought of that. Also get her favorite toys around so she can play with them. Also don't go overbord save that for her sweet 16. lol =)
