Having a party and need ideas?!

Question:

Having a party and need ideas?

having a barbeque party and I need some ideas for this thing.
ideas for food, things to do and anything else

Answers:
I guess it depends on how many people you are serving and how much you are willing to spend. One of my favorite bbq entrees are pork ribs. You can make them ahead of time by boiling them for 1.5 hours (makes the meat fall off the bone) and then putting them on the bbq with sauce before serving to char them and give them a smoked taste.

Kabobs are also a favorite. You can use chicken or steak. Chop veggies like potatoes, mushroons, onions, green peppers, squash, etc. into 1" cubes and alternate veggies and meat onto kabobs. Cooking is pretty quick because the chunks of meat are smaller. You can also just cook the vegetables this way as a side item or appetizer.

My favorite recipe website is www.allrecipes.com. They have a special section strictly dedicated to BBQ recipes, and people can rate posted recipes so you know they are tried and true!

Good luck!
