I saw it on a TV SHow called mythbusters, it looked like it worked but maybe it was just TV? ya never know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Yes, the diet coke mentos thing really does work. My cousins and I tried it over the summer and we got a decent sized geyser. It was freakin awesome.

Just don't drink diet coke then eat mentos, you'll be throwing up all over the place.

it works amazingly well. we tried it in science class, it was so cool!

it works even better with dies rootbeer, especially the sams club brand. plus its cheaper

yep, you can actually use any carbonated beverage but diet usually used cause it won't get you as sticky if any gets on you

yeah it totally works. i was on david letterman and i tried it myself. it went up like two feet because i used more mentos and more diet coke. try it. it's so cool.
